Bank’s four-year pursuit to have Isle of Man accountant declared bankrupt pays off
An Isle of Man accountant who sold his record label to Virgin mogul Richard Branson in the 1990s has been adjudicated bankrupt, after a local court disagreed with his suggestion that a Jersey-registered bank was “going after him” for payment because of “personal malice”.
