Bankruptcy judge recommends US$4m Madoff trustee clawback action
A New York district court should allow the trustee overseeing the liquidation of Bernard Madoff’s Ponzi scheme to recover US$4 million in fraudulent transfers, a bankruptcy judge has said, after declining to rule on the matter himself because of Stern v Marshall.
