Bankrupt Chinese businessman’s son loses Canadian contempt appeal

The son of a disgraced Chinese businessman has failed to throw out a Canadian judgment denying him leave to overturn a contempt order, which was issued after he failed to attend an examination by his father’s Hong Kong bankruptcy trustees.
