Bahraini and Yemeni banks can’t take a second bite of the apple in Arcapita New York clawback dispute
A Bahraini bank and the investment arm of a Yemeni bank will face clawback suits from creditors of Bahraini investment firm Arcapita, after a New York bankruptcy judge refused to undo a previous ruling finding it had jurisdiction over them through their correspondent banks accounts in Manhattan.
