Australian uranium production company Paladin is bringing an arbitration claim against the Hong Kong subsidiary of the China National Nuclear Corporation, claiming that the state-owned entity’s move to acquire Paladin’s stake in a mine in Namibia threatens the success of the company’s restructuring.
