Australian court bars overseas enforcement against bankrupt's estate

The High Court of Australia has ruled that creditors cannot enforce a judgment against a bankrupt Australian debtor in a foreign jurisdiction, in a 20-year battle between three siblings over Czechoslovakian property seized after the Second World War.
