Australian court approves mining group's revised schemes after "unusual" mediation
The New South Wales Supreme Court has sanctioned two redrafted schemes of arrangement put forward by drilling company Boart Longyear, having taken the "unusual step" of compelling mediation between the company and its US creditors to achieve a compromise on the terms of the restructuring plans.
