Appointing JPLs to dormant fund would risk US$74m creditor claim, Bermuda court says
A Bermuda court has refused to appoint joint provisional liquidators to a local investment company, finding that to do so would risk its US$74.5 million claim in the restructuring of a South African coal mine.
