Anguillan court rejects bank's immunity claims in $13m creditors' suit

An Anguillan court will hear a claim brought by creditors of two local banks against a Caribbean monetary authority that assumed control over their assets in 2013, allegedly forcing them into local liquidations and Chapter 11 and 15 filings before New York courts.
