Agrokor collapse triggers arbitration claims against Croatia

The former owners of Croatian conglomerate Agrokor have launched arbitration proceedings alleging its state-managed emergency restructuring caused them multibillion-euro losses - while an Austrian bank has brought a treaty claim concerning the same measures.
