Abengoa subsidiary's creditors agree restructuring plan

Creditors of Simosa IT, a subsidiary of Spanish renewable energy group Abengoa, have narrowly agreed a restructuring plan for the company, just over a year after it became the first Abengoa entity to enter creditor-forced insolvency proceedings.
