UK High Court makes “very helpful” ruling on financial institution test

The UK High Court has issued a clarificatory judgment detailing which entities can be considered “financial institutions” in loan facility agreements, after the administrators of an insolvent building developer sought directions to resolve a creditors’ dispute.
