Isle of Man judge appoints liquidator to relist collapsed property company ahead of winding-up

A judge in the Isle of Man has taken the “serious and exceptional step” of appointing a provisional liquidator over a struck off company ahead of a winding-up hearing, in order to secure assets from an English property sale for the benefit of its creditors.
