Abengoa restructuring plan forces “disproportionate sacrifice” on some creditors, court says

A Spanish court has ruled that some creditors of Spanish renewable energy company Abengoa should not be bound by the terms of the group’s judicially approved master restructuring agreement, because they are disproportionately disadvantaged by it.
