Brazilian meatpacker restructures out of court following bribery scandal leniency agreement

A Brazilian meat-packing company at the centre of a corruption scandal involving the country's president Michel Temer has entered into out-of-court agreements with creditors to restructure US$7 billion in debt with the help of counsel in São Paulo and New York.
