Advocate general opines on requirements for cross-border claims submissions under 2000 EIR
An advocate general at the European Court of Justice has given an opinion on the level of information required under the 2000 European Insolvency Regulation for a foreign creditor to make a claim in main insolvency proceedings, in a dispute between a Polish government agency and the administrator of insolvent Austrian construction group Alpine Bau.
